Coordinator for LCC OSPIRG's health care campaign, Neil McLeod, takes questions in Salem. On Tuesday, Feb. 19, students rallied at the state capitol to testify about health coverage in Oregon. The campaign is in response to potential changes to the Oregon Health Plan.
